I'm honored to be part of the United Way. As an active member of the community, I see all the great organizations that the United Way supports.  I see the value that it provides to making our community such a great place to live.  And I see the lives that are changed by the United Way.

I support the United Way because education and lifting people from poverty are an expression of my faith. Having lived in the Washington, DC area for 16 years, I'm excited to be back in Washington County and share my experiences in church and non-profit work.

I support the United Way because I want to give back to my community. Marietta has been such a great place to raise a family and the United Way partners with a variety of local agencies that help to benefit a large cross-selection of the local community.

Other Volunteer Work in the Community: I presently am in grad school so my time is limited. I do volunteer with my Church and also through the hospital.

I support the United Way because I grew up in this community, and received so much support. Being involved with United Way allows me to give back and to see all the good work that is happening.
